trying to improve my art skills

So this is something that I worked on for about 2hrs today, nothing much just a geisha, the majority of the time was spent on the head and the hair, and only a small portion on the body/kimono. I'm not sure if I'll start doing a new one everyday or just working on this one till I'm happy with it.
